Description:

  • Manage accounts of all sizes by representing tpay externally with clients and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positions
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
  • Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
  • Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Identify and Target Sales Opportunities: Research and identify potential customers, develop leads, and convert prospects into clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales/business development experience with a demonstrated record of success, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Recent experience working with partners and re-sellers.
  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, motivational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong writing, phone and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues clients may be facing

Description:

Align with Stakeholders

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data sciences, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build, release, and promote new features.
  • Develop with guidance an understanding of customers by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing, as necessary
  • Work collaboratively to ensure consistency across all tpay products.
  • Synthesize market needs from interactions with customers, partners, sales and marketing teams into product requirements and roadmap (with guidance)

Planning and Detailing

  • Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long-term tasks with guidance.
  • Specialize in user journey mapping and story mapping.
  • Gather product requirements from a variety of sources including clients, sales, strategy, marketing, and R&D.
  • Manage and update product documentation such as PRDs, business requirements, use cases, user flows/stories, flows, and functional specs.
  • Write product requirements, develop user flows and mock-ups based on stakeholder feedback.

Release and Deploy

  • Drive product development with guidance, from conception to launch, of the products and product solutions associated with internationalization and localization — both consumer-facing features and back-end systems aligning with the engineering team.
  • Measurement
  • Manage product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for tpay initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science but into sales & marketing.
  • +3 years of experience in related fields.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry.
  • Experience with developing international products with a focus on translation, localization, and internationalization.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem-solving, business acumen, analytical skills, learning agility and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, leaders and other senior management throughout the company.

Job Description:

• Analyze user requirements
• Write and test code, refine and rewrite it as necessary, and communicate with members involved in the project.
• Research, design, and write new software programs
• Evaluate the software and systems and develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
• Integrate existing software products and get incompatible platforms to work together
• Write systems to control the access allowed to users or remote systems
• Write operational documentation with technical authors
• Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
• Work closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, UX designers, other developers, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals
• Consult clients and colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems, to write or modify current operating systems
• Investigate new technologies
• Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals, and accessing new applications.

Qualifications:
• 0-2 years’ experience as a hands-on .Net development experience.
• Experience with SOLID & OOP & Design Patterns (including DI, IoC, etc.)
• Experience writing Unit and Integration Tests (Plus)
• Experience building large-scale applications using modern programming languages (C#,.netCore).
• Experience working in an Agile environment and knowledge of Agile practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Experience in Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, SOA and RESTful Services) or interest in learning. – (Plus)
• Experience working with Relational databases and NoSQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines. (Plus)
• Experience with search and analytics engines (Elasticsearch) – (Plus)

• Problem troubleshooting, root cause analysis, handling & monitoring downtimes, and handling emergency alerts (on phone call support) either related to operators or merchants.
• Handling incoming complaints from customers, merchants, or operators.
• Documenting customer requirements and reviewing use cases.
• General onboarding of new accounts and successful technical implementation.
• Constantly strategize, conceive and execute internal processes to improve the Customer Success organization and our service offerings.
• Identify areas for improvement or enhancement in both the Software Integrity product line and the company functions.

Qualifications:
• 0-2 years relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Good knowledge in SQL, C#, Asp.net & OOP concepts. Web APIs is a big plus
• Excellent command of English.

Job Description:
• Responsible for testing all TPAY’s products and services.
• Supporting TPAY live merchants and operators in addition to platform monitoring to make sure the overall echo system is up and running with the highest availability and reliability measures.
• Responsible for problem troubleshooting, root cause analysis and hot fixing issues on production.
• Handle and monitor downtime and handle emergency alerts (on phone call support) either related to operators or merchants.
• Handle incoming complaints from customers, merchants or operators.
• Reviews requirements and design of the system to be implemented.
• Review test cases and test scripts.
• Identify test cases risk and priority.
• Complete test coverage and full test documentation for all code to be tested.
• Report issues through bug- tracking system.
• Communicates with the quality lead to discuss projects issues and schedule.
• Ability to understand new testing techniques, technologies, and tools.

Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in C# SQL, ASP.Net, MVC, Web APIs, WCF.
• Very Good English.
• Excellent written & verbal notification.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with business partners & development teams.
• Hands-on, in depth knowledge of software quality, testing methodology and practices.
• Strong analytical and estimation skills with correcting application problems & providing short and long term solutions.
• Testing both mobile & web applications is a must.
• Understanding of OOP concepts and practices.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of API testing & web services is a big added value.

  • Ability to understand the needs of our customers and create an effective plan to install and maintain our Enterprise product in their environment.
  • Ability to work cross-team and communicate effectively with people from a variety of different backgrounds and different levels of technical ability.
  • Juggling multiple customers and issues at the same time and need to be able to stay on top of things and maintain regular communication with both customers and the rest of your team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering.
  • +4 years’ relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role.
