Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering.
• Familiarity with SQL, C#, ASP.NET, ,OOP and Web APIs is  a plus.
• Excellent command of English.
• Familiarity with Unit Tests.

Job Description

• Conduct integration initial session for premium merchants, partners, and internal teams.
• Act as a technical expert for integration-related issues, ensuring a clear vision and scenario with all internal and external parties.
• Ensure the testing scenarios are clear to technical SPOC before integration.
• All the above need to be detailed, documented, shared and uploaded on a board with status report weekly.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to utilize day with ready merchants for staging or production testing sessions.
• Conduct full testing cycles in which all issues that can be tested are reported.
• Handling merchants’ inquiries with accurate information via multiple channels as email or skype.
• Document creation for all new flows, integrations, discussion and CRs enhanced with lessons learnt.
• Contribute to automation and enhancements tool and techniques.
• Follow up on tasks and integration status with all partners.
• Managing Issues investigation and reporting with partners and internal teams with vision of the expected solutions.
• Understand and test new integrations.
• Mentor and develop junior integration team in the processes and integration with partners.
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to suggest process or system improvements that enhance the user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest product updates, new features, and industry trends in FinTech, including regulatory. changes, to provide the most current support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor ‘s Degree in computer science or Engineering.
• Good knowledge in C#, AP.Net, MVC, Web APIs, WCF or any similar languages.
• Good Knowledge of APIs, JSON & web services.
• Good knowledge in database and SQL queries.
• Good Communication skills.
• Good English (Written and Spoken).
• Self-organized.
• Reporting and Process development skills.
• Knowledge of Java script is a big plus.
• Knowledge of Postman is a big plus.
• Experience with customer support tools (Freshdesk, Jira, Kibana, or similar platforms) is a plus.

Job Description:

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Maintain proper archiving and documentation of all legal files and records.
• Report regularly to the direct manager on ongoing legal matters and updates.
• Assist in obtaining governmental approvals, authentications, and annotations of the company’s legal documents before relevant authorities in Egypt.
• Follow up with governmental bodies and external stakeholders until required approvals are secured.
• Conduct thorough legal research using reliable online and offline resources.
• Review and provide input on contracts and agreements to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with external law firms and parties to monitor and follow up on ongoing legal cases.
• Prepare reports, background materials, papers, and legal opinions as requested by management.
• Manage the establishment of legal entities inside and outside Egypt, including corporate structuring and registration processes.
• Handle all corporate legal matters, including drafting and maintaining board resolutions, general assembly documents, and shareholder agreements.
• Support in drafting, reviewing, and updating employment contracts, including adding or amending clauses as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in corporate/commercial law and with exposure to multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian laws and regulations; knowledge of international corporate law is an advantage.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Proven ability to interact with governmental authorities and regulatory bodies in Egypt.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
